Order Cancellation 1.1 Before Shipment Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID. 1.2 After Shipment Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery if you no longer wish to receive the product, but standard return charges may apply. 2. Return Eligibility We accept returns only under the following conditions: 2.1 Wrong Product Received If you receive a different item than what you ordered. 2.2 Damaged Product Received If the item arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with. 2.3 Manufacturing Defects If any product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Note: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags. 3. Non-Returnable Products Certain items cannot be returned, such as: Used or worn sportswear Customised or personalised items Clearance sale items Accessories with hygiene concerns (gloves, guards, etc.) 4. Refund Policy 4.1 Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method: UPI / Net Banking Credit/Debit Card Wallet / Payment Gateway For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account. 4.2 Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Bank timelines may vary depending on the payment provider. 5. Return Shipping Charges If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product, SSSS SPORTS will bear the return shipping cost. For any other return reason, the return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. 6. Exchange Policy Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. 7.
